The RDG160T is a room thermostat operated by a rotary knob, with modulating (proportional) control. Where on/off thermostats drive the valve fully open and fully shut, the RDG160T uses a 0-10 V output to open it only as far as needed — so the room temperature stays steady instead of swinging around the setpoint. It is used on fan coil units with 3-speed or EC fans, on heat pumps and in general HVAC applications; its three multifunctional inputs support keycard contact, window contact, return air temperature and heating/cooling changeover.
